Each villa comes with a different architectural design and interior style - the decor according to the owner's personal taste. Many of them are visual feasts. All are distinctly individual. Some have walls adorned with beautiful Khmer wood carvings; some come with tasteful Asian layouts with original hangings, Cambodian silks, carved figures, bas-reliefs, tapestries and large flat TV screens. Others have a more Mediterranean feel, and one can only be described as laid back Balinese. They all contain everything you need and much more.

The estate is also extremely well-managed, totally secure and all villas are cleaned daily. The development is perfect for the savvier, self sufficient traveller - those who have enough taste to pick a beautiful area, and enough vision not to stay in a resort or hotel. Nice as resorts and hotels can be, they do tend to come with certain rules and various restrictions.

Villa A2:

This villa is aptly titled Suan Sawan (Heavenly Garden) having been designed especially for its garden settings. It is also quiet, private and has a lovely outside deck to chill out on. The lower levels include an open plan kitchen- living area, tastefully furnished with a nice collection of modern art. The villa is surrounded by a covered veranda looking out on to landscaped gardens. There are two comfortable bedrooms upstairs - both with ensuite bathrooms and with views over Kata Bay. The architecture has a distinctly Thai flavour and the clubhouse swimming pool is just a gentle stroll away.

Villa A3:

Compact, yet light and airy, this chic furnished villa enjoys good views over Kata Bay and the tropical gardens surrounding the property. The downstairs area is delightfully laid out with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room and comfortable living area. There is a relaxed charm about this lovely villa.
Upstairs there are two decent sized bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms.

Villa A5:

A very popular choice of villa nestled deep among tall trees and gardens, this villa is homely, serene, comfortable, and comes with an open plan kitchen-living area. Upstairs there are two generous bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. The clubhouse swimming pool is close by and it's a three minute walk to Kata Beach.

For those who enjoy a quieter pace than the Patong Beach area, Kata boasts a selection of excellent restaurants and funky shops all just a gentle stroll away. In other words, you are in it, but not of it. The location at Kata is a favourite with tourists, due to its nice and friendly atmosphere, beaches and a multitude of bars and restaurants.
