For the financial year ending May 2014, the business generated turnover of almost £590,000 with gross profits of almost £270,000. EBITDA, before Director's costs was almost £90,000. Whilst figures suggest that turnover for the year ending May 2015 will be slightly up to approximately £600,000, gross margins have increased and as a consequence it is anticipated that the EBITDA before Director's costs will be at a similar level to 2014.

The Asking price of £250,000 is for a sale of 100% of the Issued Share Capital in the Limited company and is based upon a Balance Sheet of £78,000, adjusted to more accurately reflect the value of the plant and equipment in the Business and to exclude Goodwill on the Balance Sheet.
