JOB TITLE
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO CEO (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)
A highly established renowned Main Contractor in Hong Kong is seeking an Executive Secretary to CEO to help with Business Development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Chairman in all business related matters including project management, general coordination and professional networking;
Assist the Chairman to oversee multiple corporate strategic projects by presenting your ideas, follow-up and coordination with relevant parties to achieve the desired business or project goals;
Accompany the Chairman to attend different meetings with business partners and government officials;
Represent the Chairman to liaise independently with senior management and transfer tasks to the appropriate executives for action;
Manage ad-hoc tasks and carry out special projects related to the company’s operations, prepare statistical and operational reports and recommendations;
Travel outside of Hong Kong as and when required.
DETAILED A university degree in any discipline, preferably with a MBA or equivalent qualification;
At least 5 years’ relevant experience;
Excellent communication skills, proficiency in written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
A very strong sense of responsibility, professional ethics, commitment to personal and career development;
Experience in engineering consultancy / construction industry is preferred
A mature disposition characterized by strong social skills, flexible work approach and excellent problem solving abilities;
A self-motivated, fast learner with a broad general knowledge base, a strong analytical mind and positive work attitude;
Proficient computer knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
