The farm is an excellent starting point for extensive and interesting riding excursions into Europ's largest National Park of Coto Donana and the world famous equestrian pilgrimage of El Rocio. By car the beaches of the Costa de la Luz can be reached within 30 minutes.

The farm has mains electricity and the drinking water comes from a well with filter system. This is an ideal spot for the keen horse man and his family who like to live in the country and yet be close to a town for shopping, banking, restaurants etc.
