This andalusian style country hotel with equestrian center is well introduced in the european travel market since 2001. The buildings form a U around a tipical andalusian patio and include 11 double guest rooms and 3 individual rooms. There are also 7 small apartments with kitchen for self catering holidays. In the center of the U are the private quarters of the owner with 3 bedrooms plus a master suite, living/dining room an kitchen as well as the reception with an adjoining lounge. At the other extreme of the building is a small bar and restaurant form where the bodega seating up to 50 persons in the basement is reached. The equestrian center includes a riding arena of 60 x 24 meters, stables for 8 horses plus tack room and a barn for horse fodder and the machinery of 200 m2. A salt water swimming pool of 17 x 8 meters and the car park taking up to 40 cars complete the installations on grounds of 47.400 square meters.
