JOB TITLE
FACILITY MANAGER/ASST. FACILITY MANAGER *** HONG KONG
Our client is one of Hong Kong’s leading property services companies providing property and facility management services in residential and commercial, residential and industrial properties in Hong Kong.
They are currently seeking talented candidates to fit the role of a Maintenance Manager to join their growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the team to ensure that client’s expectations are met.
- Ensure that services are delivered up to client specifications
- To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the facility maintenance works and -project works
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external parties in all facility management
- Responsible for budget control for maintenance and project works
- Enforce necessary control systems and all standard procedures on site.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Degree / Diploma in Facility / Property Management Building Surveying, Building Services or related discipline
- Member of MCIH / MHKIH / RPHM/ CFM / PFM or relevant
- Minimum 6-8 years experience in Facility/Property management: of which 3 years in managerial level
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Facilities Manager
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
