Our client is looking for a Trainee Fund Administrator to work with Private Equity clients
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily client requests and ensure they are tracked and completed accurately and on a timely basis
Perform Customer Due Diligence on clients and investors
Prepare payments for client entities
Assist with preparing for and attending client company board meetings
Assistance with recording and writing minutes
Ensuring matters arising at board meetings are monitored and are completed accurately and on a timely basis
Assist with maintaining statutory records of client companies, partnerships and trusts
Assist with coordination and completion of client entities’ transactions
Assist with setting up new funds and client entities
Interact professionally with auditors, lawyers, bankers and other third parties
Develop well with experience and with support from the team
Study for a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA
To be successful in the role, the candidate will:
Have a professional manner and appearance
Work well as part of a busy team who support one and other and take ownership for their own work have good communication skills, be organised, flexible and keen to learn
Able and willing to deliver on a wide variety of different tasks
Candidates must be graduates with strong academics.
Candidates must be classified as ‘Entitled’ or ‘Entitled to Work’ under the Jersey Control of Housing & Work Law.
