The Coakley House has a rich history dating back to the 1940s when it was built by a European entrepreneur named William Sigrist as a wedding gift to his daughter. The Coakley House was eventually sold to the British Government which used the home as a private residence for the Commander of the Royal Navy and many formal receptions attended by Her Royal Majesty, Queen Elizabeth.A new dock has recently been built and can accommodate a large size yacht. The beautiful estate also offers a small private beach. The sweeping patio of the Coakley House offers breathtaking views of the Caribbeana€™s crystal blue waters. Near the house is also the third largest coral reef in the world, great for snorkeling and swimming. Available nightly or weekly rentals.
