A friendly and inviting house with a nice pool and some garden space is offered here. Located in a secure and well-cared village, mainly inhabited by Foreigners and their partners. Located in the laid back Bangsarae area with its nice bathing beaches and the beachfront restaurants.
The living- and dining-area is T-shaped, generously large and the open-plan kitchen is situated at the back end of this open space. The two bedrooms are facing each-other, are nicely sized and share a modern bathroom.
The outdoors consist of a covered terrace with a dining-table overlooking the pool and some greenery.
The pool has a reasonable size and offers an additional Jacuzzi pond. The whole pool will be upgraded and completely re-grouted while we are writing this (11 2016). There is a small pool house with a toilet and an outdoor shower plus storage space.
The Internet signal, coming with fiber optic cables, is super-fast.
