Two professional lads, Gay Friendly, we have a small house dog, nice quiet house. very near ucd, luas etc we are renting this house with 8 years so its our home. very easy going guys fond of a bottle of wine and a bit of craic. Will consider students. Bills vary but not too expensive. its a super area.

The room is a small box room with wardrobe and shelving. so is you've a load of stuff this room wont be for you.

We are both tidy & expect to find the house as we leave it.
