The house was an old farmhouse; it was renovated in 2003 to make a comfortable chalet. As well as the main house there is a double garage with a workshop underneath, a studio apartment and a mazot (a traditional Savoyard storage shed) which has been converted into a spare bedroom.

From the spacious living room you walk straight out into the garden enclosed by a fence; here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood and the superb view of the surrounding mountains.
