carbon BBQ-ing is banned), pool surroundings and the covered area for
relaxation, are well furnished for dining and relaxation as there are plenty of
chairs and tables as well as sun loungers andamp; sunshades.
The
accommodation holds an official tourist licence. The business has been
functioning very well for many years but the current owner wishes to retire
now.
The owner's residence is at the other side of
the plot. Completely separated from the holidaymakers for maximum privacy. The
villa has a large entrance hall, with a staircase to the first floor and a loft
that can be used as an office. There is a cosy living room with at the end a
dining area. Next to the dining area there is the entrance to the kitchen that
has been recently reformed. On this level there is another bedroom and
bathroom. Upstairs is the loft and a large master bedroom with en-suite
bathroom as well as a third bedroom with bathroom. At the side of the house
there is a large garage and a guesthouse with one bedroom.
