“CURRENT PRICE” IS A GUIDE. ALL OFFERS RESPECTFULLY CONSIDERED. General Description
The Tiara 29 Coronet is a great weekend cruiser. With lots of cockpit space and a berth below, she is a versatile boat. Don't miss another day on the water!
Actual ConditionIt is reported that the origin of the submersion is consistent with a leaking, dripless packing gland on the
starboard side, leaking approximately 20 gallons per hour. Once the water level reached the overboard thru hulls, water entered the vessel rapidly and compromised the bilge pumps and batteries. Submersion and resulting damages to the engine room, interior and cabin.
On the interior, the water level was over the main deck and over the upholstery in the forward cabin. Forward cabin has damages from water intrusion. We suggest cleaning to determine the extent of damages. The engine room area was totally submerged, water filled both main engines, both transmissions, all electrical and all electrical components.
A complete test of all equipment will be needed in order to determine the extent of all damages. It is reported that the engines were preserved and turn by hand but interested parties should do their own investigation as to condition.
Please inspect carefully before making an offer.
It is reported water did not go over the dash panel, electronics were not submerged, but testing will still be needed. The upper hardtop was not submerged, and radar dome was not damaged by water, testing will still be needed.
A trailer is not included in this sale.
