Our client company is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to function as a technical specialist to manage all aspects of assigned projects at their refinery.

You must be willing to:
• Estimate the cost/feasibility of a given project/supervise contractors/activities/provide engineering assistance
• Resolve complex problems related to projects/troubleshoot/update report data
• Develop project scopes/budgets/AFE's
• Procure equipment/material
• Track schedule/costs, provide regular reports/forecasts
• Upgrade/design/configure/maintain/monitor equipment/performance
• Improve profitability of the refinery
• Act as a liaison between the company and county/state agencies

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)
• BS in Electrical Engineering (PE preferred)
• Refinery/Petrochemical industry experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with instrumentation/hazardous location wiring practices/panel design/PLC hardware/I&C design
• Ability to coordinate all phases of a project
• Experience with MS engineering software
• Strong interpersonal/leadership/communication skills
