Manufactured in hilly environment of the countryside of northern Lazio, in the province of Viterbo, the structure has been adapted in its interior to be used as a retirement home for the elderly. The building is three floors above ground, a basement and an attic floor. the ground floor over the entrance and concierge, home living environments for common activities, two dining rooms, bars, pantries and kitchens, administrative offices and other services. Altogether in the structure there are 26 rooms, each with private bath, to accommodate about 60 people. (code: 6312)
