Main Accountabilities

- Source, select and negotiate materials with the suppliers

- Understand project scope of works and material specifications

- Involvement in the package development proposal

- Track material price fluctuations and maintain historical records

- Prepare and process purchase orders and documents accordingly

- Handle the daily purchasing duties and administrative works

- Assist with establishing initial budget for projects

- Ensure the procurement practices are updated and complying with the
company’s policies and all legislations and regulations

Pre-requisites:

- 3 years relevant experience in material sourcing and procuring

- Experience on handling design and build projects

- Wide knowledge on construction materials in Singapore is a MUST

- Familiar with standard forms of contracts and schedules

- High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical skills

- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
