Walkthrough
At the end of a private road steeply hiking uphill is the garage for 2 cars, stairway up to the main floor, 10 meter waterfall wall which actually is the overflow from the swimming pool, and an air-conditioned staff bedroom. At the upper end of the stairway is the main floor. Indoor are spacious living area with comfortable couches and large 46" LCD TV, guest toilet, kitchen with bar and attached service area, and dining room for 10. Outdoor are infinity-edged swimming pool adjacent to the living area, Sun deck with shower and a shade-covered balcony with outdoor dining table adjacent to the dining area. Just behind the living room is a stairway to the upper floor. The upper floor has a master bedroom with large walk-in closet, Private Jacuzzi and two guest bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, and walk through wardrobe, a cinema room with state of the art audio video system and huge 55" LCD TV, and a guest bathroom. Couch in the cinema room is specially designed to be easily converted into a double bed, making it a complete extra bedroom. Another stairway leads up to the rooftop party area. Its 200 square meters Teak deck area is partially shade-covered with a sail. It has a fully equipped bar, couches, dining table, pool table, and large hot-water jacuzzi. There is also a large rooftop garden area.
Bedrooms
The spacious master bedroom has a wide floor-to-ceiling windows to frame the picturesque views over a balcony. The view is extended to the master en-suite which comes with jacuzzi, separated shower chamber, and double wash basins. In between is an expansive wardrobe area with safe deposit box. The two guest bedrooms offer almost anything the master bedroom has - except the jacuzzi - in a smaller extend. They have floor to ceilling windows with view and balconies, en-suite bathrooms come with shower, and wardrobe with safe.
All bedrooms have 32" LCD TV with international channels and stereo system both connected to the villa's integrated audio video system.
Living Areas
Living quarter is located on the ground floor. An expansive living room with comfortable couches facing the view over the infinity-edge swimming pool is equipped with 46" LCD TV and surround-sound audio system Adjacent to the living room is the main kitchen. Equipped with the latest modern equipment the kitchen has island table which also serves as a bar with stools.
Spacious dining room with a large 10-seater dining table offers the same view as the living room. On one side its floor-to-ceiling window has an opening to expansive shade-covered balcony, offering booth indoor and outdoor dining at your choice. The dining room is equipped with its own audio system connected to the central server.
Entertainment
The whole villa is equipped by state of the art Sonos audio video network system. Client systems in the living area, dining area, swimming pool, all the three bedrooms, and the rooftop party area are connected to the central server at the cinema room. The server currently stores 10,000 songs and 1,000 movies with more continuously loaded up.
Each client can independently play its own choice and even compose its own playlist. Guest coming with an ipod can attach it to a client system to play it there or to the central server in the cinema room to make it available throughout the villa.
Client system in each bedroom comes with 32" LCD TV, the living room with 42" LCD TV, and the cinema room where the server is located comes with huge 55" LCD TV. Clients at the rooftop party area, dining room, and the swimming pool are audio only.
The villa even has an audio system installed in the swimming pool so you can enjoy music whilst you are soaked underwater. The balcony in front of the dining room may be enough for a simple outside dining area and barbecue, but for more hype, the rooftop 200 square meters party area is the place. Partly half-covered it comes with fully equipped bar, couches, dining table, large jacuzzi, pool table, and audio system connected to the master server.
