Hi there,

Single room available in a spacious townhouse in Bridgewater Quay.

We are looking for a female to share with two friendly professionals in their (early!) thirties. Preferably non smoking, as it is a non-smoking house. Would suit someone who is laid back and friendly.

While the bedroom is on the small size, there is a large living area along with a decent sized balcony. The apartment is located in a peaceful area (bedroom at rear so very quiet) in lovely leafy surrounds directly next to the Liffey. The Phoenix Park is located just across the road, with Heuston Stn a 10 minute walk away. There is a very well serviced bus route from just outside the complex. If walking is your thing you can make it into the city by foot in half an hour or so.

You will be sharing a bathroom (which has a bath) with one other person.

Bills not included in rent, though they tend to be fairly reasonable and standard.
