In the heart of Marbella old town, close by the Cathedral, and to one of its most central streets: all only five-minute walk from the beach, this house is located in a pedestrian area of the old town.

Its surface area is 1000 m2 approximately. All this surface is distributed into two floors and a ground floor. There is a third floor as a nice terrace from which a beautiful view of the mountains and the old town, as well as the tower of the church can be seen.

The house used to be a hostel in Marbella, which was an incipient touristic city at the time.
