General Description
Compact, innovative and graceful, this MAHE 36 from Fountaine Pajot is truly an innovative design.

A young silhouette, fine tuned forms, an open plan sheltered cockpit and saloon, and a raised helm station, great comfort on sailing with excellent performance. Everything has been thought out so that you can move about on this 36ft yacht without anything getting in the way.

The saloon and cockpit are on the same level just separated by a glass sliding door. This gives remarkable ventilation and a pleasant access to the galley. All sail controls are led back to the double helm station. There is no need to move when tacking. The spacious and welcoming saloon is on the same level with the cockpit. The galley on the starboard side offers a lot of space for the table and bench seating, with enough room for eight people.

The saloon of the Mahe 36 features spacious cupboard space for the galley and a large chart table directly accessible with an incorporated instrument panel. The attention to the selected woodwork in the galley provides a warm atmosphere and a finish of finest quality.

\"The gangways (hull corridors) are truly places of privacy. The beds are ultra-wide (2m x 1.6m) and the new white ceilings give all the cabins light and volume. Each cabin is ventilated by a forward-facing overhead hatch and a hull porthole, both of which can be opened. This boat features the popular, 2 cabins / 2 head layout. The easily accessed engines are in the aft holds, independent from the cabins.

Actual Condition
It is reported that this boat suffered storm damage but did not sink but some water entered the boat (water levels can be seen in the photos).

The mast is broken and needs new rigging. Also, there are two large cracks in the hull that have been temporarily patched. In addition, there are a few other smaller cracks. This appears to be a very repairable boat for the right owner.

The engines appear to be serviceable. The boat has been on the hard for 2 years.
