This 1994 Silverton 37 Flybridge Convertable is in very nice condition inside and out.  It has many recent upgrades including 2 new air conditioners.  The starboard engine was replaced new in 2009 and now has 450 hours.  The port engine was rebuilt in 2014 and has about 150 hours.  Lady M just had a fresh bottom paint applied.  She has a great layout and spacious interior, updated upholstery and flooring.  If your in the market for a clean liveaboard that runs great - dont pass this one up.  She is easy to show and the air is always on.  Shes located at the Fishermans Wharf Marina in Venice where there is a great restaurant.   very affordable and desirable slip is also available.
