General Description

Enjoy an unforgettable sailing experience aboard The Moorings 45.3, a Beneteau-designed mono-hull offering unmatched versatility and comfort at sea. With an innovative layout including three spacious cabins with en-suite bathrooms, this sleek yacht provides ample space for six to eight guests.

The interior of the 45.3 features a sizeable salon with ample bench seating, a varnished wood table (which converts into a double berth), and beautiful ocean views through two panoramic windows. The adjacent galley comes fully-equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, refrigerator, sink and plenty of storage space for cookware.

Below deck, the streamlined hull incorporates a distinctive hard chine, which provides sailing stability and increased interior space. Above, the mainsail arch and moving back the mast offer new balanced and high-performing sailing control.

Handling is made simple with all lines directed aft to the cockpit, where voyages can be navigated from dual-helm stations with a fully-equipped nav station. The cockpit also features an expandable table and wood slatted benches, all beneath a fixed composite arch with built-in lighting. Off the stern, the rear seat drops down to create a bathing platform, a technical innovation every swimmer should love. From top to bottom, every detail of The Moorings 45.3 has been expertly crafted for your ultimate sailing pleasure.

Actual Condition

The 45'Moortings suffered damage during Hurricane Irma. resulting in scratches and gouges on the deck and hull. The anchor is missing, no sails, fairly new bow roller and furling gear. The main electrical panel appears intact, but the forward cabin is stripped. Some furniture, along with some panels, are missing in the aft cabins.
3/4 galley has a stove and fridge, condition unknown. Teak in cockpit appears serviceable. Engine has some parts missing.

NOTE:
The Moorings will be sold with proof Insurance Loss/Settlement, PREVIOUS KNOWN OWNERS NAME AND IF KNOWN CONTACT INFORMATION, Bills of Sale from the previous owner, and a (Bill of Sale from Certified Sales, Inc.) purchase invoice. The buyer will be required to sign a waiver and indemnity notice (stating the buyer understands the boat MAY BE currently under foreign registry). After completion of the sale the vessel may still be under a foreign registry and it will be the winning bidders responsibility to re-register IN THE BUYERS NAME or delete from that FOREIGN registry, THEN REGISTER OR DOCUMENT.
