General Description

This version of the 47 is built for large parties and extra convenience, with another cabin and head added. 4-Cabin 4 Head total.

Actual Condition

This 46' Jeanneau suffered damage in Hurricane Irma. The damage includes:
1 wheel is missing
Helm instruments gone
Engine panel missing
Companion way steps missing teak
Electrical panel is missing
Some panels missing in starboard cabin
Cabin sole is missing (might be somewhere on the boat?)
Starboard aft cabin some panels removed, port aft cabin is full of items from the boat.
Many scrapes and abrasions to the hull and deck fiberglass.

The cockpit teak appears serviceable. Hatches appear to be watertight. Boom, bimini and dodger frames are on the deck. Please inspect carefully before making an offer.

NOTE:
The boat will be sold with proof of insurance loss/settlement, PREVIOUS KNOWN OWNERS NAME AND IF KNOWN CONTACT INFORMATION, bills of sale from the previous owner, and a (Bill of Sale from Certified Sales, Inc.) purchase invoice. The buyer will be required to sign a waiver and indemnity notice (stating the buyer understands the boat MAY BE currently under foreign registry). After completion of the sale the vessel may still be under a foreign registry and it will be the winning bidders responsibility to re-register IN THE BUYERS NAME or delete from that FOREIGN registry, THEN REGISTER OR DOCUMENT.
