Only 3.5 km(minutes) from the property, in the center of the world famous wine region of Chianti, is the picturesque historical town of Gaiole in Chianti. Ideally located between Firenze and Siena and also close to famous towns like: Certaldo, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and many others. This wonderful 15th century Gaiole Country House is ideally situated in the famous wine region of Chianti, near the Castle of Meleto, only 3.5km (only minutes) from the town center of Gaiole in Chianti.
This huge estate measures a total of 2.37ha (5.8 acres) of land and comes with a large piece of surrounding forest that includes a beautiful gravel road for horseback riding and leads to the river. Also includes many diverse fruit trees.

The property is currently undergoing renovations, all brand new electrical appliances and connections have ben established as well new finishings, paintings and restorations have been completed. Only needs decoration and furniture.
Gaiole Country House consists of three independent buildings: the main villa, a guesthouse/independent apt and an annex.
