The gated community is very well-situated; just a five minute walk to Centro Plaza and there is a supermarket, delicatessen and a couple of restaurants 100 metres away. It is also just a 20 minute walk to the famous harbour of Puerto Banus and surrounding beaches. With lovely communal swimming pool and garden areas it provides the ideal holiday base.
The apartment is on the third floor but is accessed from the street above meaning there is just one flight of stairs down to it. All built on one level, it enjoys a south west orientation and therefore benefits from swathes of sunshine. The whole apartment has been completely reformed and all furniture is brand new and of high quality.
Layout:
Entrance leads directly through to a spacious living and dining area with lots of light. Dining table for six people and two comfortable sofas and TV area with access out to the terrace. Off to the right from the entrance you will find the fully fitted kitchen with a separate small utility room with washing machine.
Once through the living and dining area there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The twin bedroom, on the right-hand side of the corridor, is a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. The other two bedrooms; the master bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with double bed; are on the left-hand side of the corridor meaning they both have direct access out to the terrace.
The terrace is superb; with two sunbeds, a dining area for six people and a BBQ, it overlooks one of the communal pools and enjoys great afternoon and evening sun.
Fibre optic Internet and good selection of TV channels.
This is a delightful, spacious apartment situated in a beautiful gated complex in a highly convenient location - perfect for families with children of all ages!
