JOB TITLE

ARCHITECT *** Hong Kong

We are inviting talented professionals to fill the role of an Architect in an internationally well-known design firm who’ve worked on many iconic projects around the globe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work closely with clients and users to ensure specifications are met.
- Manage budgets and work schedule
- Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications.
- Responsible for feasibility reports and design proposals
- Have a strong understanding of the principles of concept design
- Handle tender documents for contracts

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Degree holder in Architecture or related discipline
- Registered Architects would be an advantage
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Mixed-use development/Retail/Hospitality
- Knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
