Architectural Design Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee, monitor, and manage architectural designs relating to the build from design stage through to construction.
• Ensure that designs comply with all building and safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct audits.
• Work with other subject matter experts to develop scope of work to be given to the AOR.
• Develop, organize, and review construction plans.
• Work with contractor and other specialist design consultants to ensure required quality standards and environmental requirements are met.
• Responsible for transfer of design and construction related matters and solutions between various project stakeholders.
• Support team to review and co-ordinate all design changes and solutions and ensure they are implemented and stated in project design documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture.
- Min. 12 years experience as a Design Manager.
- Must have experience in hospitality, residential, or mixed developments.
- Strong leadership capability.
- Team player.
