Many companies have asked me to offer their property investments but this is just about the first I have been comfortable with. We always say that we only sell where we would buy and I am investing in this one!

Essentially the offer is a 1 year investment in properties for the Brazilian Governments Minha Casa, Minha Verde (My House, My Life) scheme giving a 15% return on investment. Normally when I see a return like that I think "too good to be true" but when you see the whole programme laid out all is clear!

The important feature is that the Brazilian Government is guaranteeing to provide low interest 30 year mortgages to qualified people to allow them to buy a home in approved developments that meet the required standards. There is a huge demand for these properties because so many Brazilians live in sub standard housing and mortgages are virtually unobtainable from any other source. As a result there is an enormous waiting list of people looking for a home through this scheme.

This is the developers fourth such scheme with the first 2 having been finalised and investors paid out in full.
