JOB TITLE

BRIDGE ENGINEERS - *** HONG KONG

Our Client is looking for Bridge Engineers, to be based in their Hong Kong team working on major groundbreaking civil and infrastructure projects all over Asia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for analysing and monitoring current network systems and conditions

- Design new bridges, flow systems and connections

- Implement new bridge strategies to improve services and networks

- Ensure designs meet the approved regulations and standards and satisfy local authorities expectations, ie cost effective solutions, environmentally sustainable, work is completed to schedule

- Liaise with local authorities, councils, and police regarding accidents, noise, lighting, demand, traffic flow

- Assist on all related duties and tasks including overseeing works, ensure schedule and quality of work is met, and offer alternative solutions on unforeseen issues.

DETAILED You will focus on improving travel and transport networks, ensuring that it is efficient, safe and environmentally sustainable. Accountable for devising and implementing strategies that manage transport flow, solutions that are cost effective and accessible for all types of users.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
- At least 3 years experience in construction, maintenance of structures, bridges, road works
- Self motivated individual with a high degree of professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to direct and manage time and adapt to working environment
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
