Building Surveyor
Our client, a leading listed developer is now looking for Professional Building Surveyors to join their growing teams.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
• Do you have Building Surveyor experience in Hong Kong?
• Are you looking to work with a listed developer?
• Are you a qualified Professional Building Surveyor?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Technical Manager. Responsibilities will include the maintenance, repair and upgrading of the building fabric, plumbing and drainage installations of high rise buildings. They will also assist in the preparation of budget reports, maintenance strategies and will control tenants’ fit-out works.

REQUIREMENTS
• Degree or higher diploma in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• Qualified Professional Building Surveyor (MHKIS or MRICS), Registered Architect or equivalent an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years' experience.
• Preferred experience in maintenance of building fabric of commercial buildings.
• Must possess fluency in English and Cantonese.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a self-motivated, innovative, mature, result-orientated attitude and ability to work independently.
