Casa del Mar is designed so you can enjoy the wonderful view of almost every room of the house including the kitchen, dining room and living room as well as the master bedroom which has sliding glass doors that open directly to the patio. The kitchen has marble countertops and the entire house has incredible wooden furniture.

All three bedrooms have private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and TV with satellite. A guest bedroom also has TV with an additional satellite dish and double bed. The other guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be joined for use as a king bed.

The dining room and living room are quite spacious and open allowing you to enjoy the incredible beauty of the Caribbean turquoise waters, pristine white beaches and blue skies. The villa has a palapa roof and a balcony. Beach chairs on a large deck area are provided. Parking for your vehicle is right at the entrance and off the street.

This beautiful beachfront home is a 10 minute walk to the center of Playa del Carmen or 2 minutes by taxi. Both Playa del Carmen and Cozumel have spectacular snorkeling on world-class reefs or in natural cenotes including cave diving for professionals.
