CLERK OF WORKS *** HONG KONG

Do you want to work for one of Asia’s largest developers focused in Retail Facilities?

Our client is currently seeking candidates for the role of Clerk of Works to join their Hong Kong Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for monitoring renovations, A&A works and fitting out works for commercial projects.
• Coordinate with the contractors, consultants and property management team regarding site works
• Monitor the progress, ensure that works are on schedule quality are in line with the client specifications.
• Ensure safety standards of work on site are being followed
• In-charge of handling contract administrations, quality assurance and technical matters.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Higher Certificate / Diploma holder or above in Building Studies / Civil or Structural Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years experience in site supervision as Clerk of Works.
• At least 2 years experience in fitting out , renovations, building and construction site works would be preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
