CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (SITE BASED)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Accountabilities

- Strong managing skills and the resources on the project will be crucial

- Hands-on manager who is robust and able to drive the site/project quality on behalf of the company

- Strong site co-ordination skills will be required.

- You must have passion and drive: these are two key traits that will be key in this role.

BACKGROUND:

REQUIREMENTS:

- MUST have a degree/Diploma in Interior Design or its equivalent.

- MUST HAVE 3 years minimum experience (preferably on site)

- High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent project skills, energy, passion, and drive.

- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity

- Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
