JOB TITLE
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – TUNNEL / SITE FORMATION *** HONG KONG

Looking to work with one of the market leader's in the construction industry in Asia?

We are inviting you for this great opportunity, they are currently seeking high caliber Construction Manager to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee projects from inception to completion stage
• Involved in tendering and submissions to delivery and hand over
• Keep up to date reports of the site progress
• Coordinate work and advise on issues that may cause delays
• Oversee site Subcontractors and managing Site Personnel and Foremen
• Ensure work progress is to schedule and to Client specification
• Liaise with Contractors, Architects and Clients

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Civil / Building or related discipline
• Minimum 8-10 years relevant managerial experience
• Preferably experienced in Tunnel / Site Formation works
• Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate team and delegate work
• Knowledgeable in Construction Methodology/Codes/Standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
