Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Clients, Consultants, and coordinate with the Sub-contractors.
Oversee and manage subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress.
Identify discrepancies between E&M, Structural, ID, Architectural and Client provisions.
Ensure the quality of works is achieved to Clients’ specifications and safety regulations are adhered to.
Advise the Project Manager of all construction matters, prepare Master Construction Schedule, and prepare all documents relating to project.
Review project design drawings and advise on any under provisions and over provisions, offer solutions and alternative methods.
Pick up discrepancies between E&M, Structural, ID, Architectural and Client provisions.
Coordinate and allocate all work schedules and related duties.
Pre-requisites:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 8 years' relevant experience in the construction industry
MUST have experience in managing interfaces for design and construction of rail projects and have full understanding of the design and approval process
Demonstrate good negotiation skills
High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
