The main house:
With access through the covered terrace, the front door opens on the former farm kitchen (-22 m2) with wood burning stove in the fireplace. A door in the back leads to a small storeroom, shower-room and toilet. From the kitchen, a semi-staircase on the right leads to a comfortable lounge (-40 m2) with a beautiful old parquet floor and a wood burning stove in the fireplace. To the left from the kitchen, you access a bedroom (-15 m2) with fitted wooden cupboards. One other door in the kitchen opens on an office (-10 m2), and a staircase leads on the first floor, composed of a bedroom with bathroom (-18 m2), and an isolated attic (-40 m2).

Holiday cottage 1 (-54 m2):
Situated on the left of the main house, you step access onto a private terrace. The front door opens on a landing towards shower-room, kitchen area, lounge with fireplace, and a small double room with a mezzanine. The landing still has a door communicating with the main house, if you wanted to merge again the two accommodations. On the first floor, there is a big family bedroom.

Holiday cottage 2 and 3 are adjoining and situated to the right wing of the of building. They have both their private terraces in the back (33 m2 and 27 m2) with a very beautiful view.

Holiday cottage 2 (-80 m2):
The front door opens on a good-sized lounge with a fireplace. Shower-room and toilet. Separate kitchen with door opening to the front. Staircases leading to 3 double rooms on the first floor.

Holiday cottage 3 (-40 m ²):
The front door opens on the lounge with kitchen area and wood burning stove. Staircases leading to 2 small double rooms and a shower-room.

At the end of the wing, after the last holiday cottage, you have a 2-storey outbuilding of about 40 m2 floor area, which invites to be restored: Or to enlarge holiday cottage 3, or to create a fourth gite.

Opposite, the left wing consists of two barns of approx. 170 m2 and 230 m2, both divided in two parts and used as wood shelter, garage, laundry, and game room.

In the former, detached pigsties, toilets and showers were installed. Very useful for the customers in caravan or campers, as well as for the swimmers in the available round pool of 5m of diameter.

Wide garden with slides and swings for the children, and footpaths all around. Nice views on the beautiful Dordogne countryside. Total land area 6.1 hectares (approx. 15 acres) with pitches for camping cars and/or caravans, some with shed.
