The famous La Zenia Boulevard, the biggest open air commercial centre in Europe, is as well, only 5 minutes away driving. In the area is a bus route that will take to the beach or to the towns near. The property it is well situated on the coast between Alicante and Murcia, but closer to Murcia, the villa is convenient for exploring Torrevieja, Cartagena, La Manga, Mar Menor and much more by car.
