Upon entering this apartment you are welcomed by high ceilings, intricate cornicing and plenty of natural light. The spacious hallway that has been finished with dramatic monochrome floor tiles and an imposing antique mirror. The hallway opens onto the large, airy living and dining area that are framed with beautiful curved windows and that benefit from a marble fireplace and original chevron laid parquet.

Following a simple yet striking colour scheme of black, white and grey there is a large three-seater leather corner sofa, two separate leather armchairs, a white lacquered coffee table and flat screen TV. The large marble dining table comfortably seats five.

Kitchen

With white brick tiles, black work top, white lacquered cupboards and monochrome floor tiles this stylish kitchen is light and airy and holds a full-size fridge freezer, oven, four ring hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer located in separate utility cupboard.

Bedrooms

The first, master bedroom, comes with its own ensuite bathroom and access onto the sunny balcony overlooking a church with table and chairs to seat two.

Finished with opulent yet subtle wallpaper and a superking size bed with cushioned grey headboard this room is classically elegant. There are marble topped, brass framed bedside tables and reading lamps on either side of bed, a free standing wooden wardrobe and chest of drawers and a large gold framed antique style mirror.

The second bedroom has been finished in a similar style and also provides access onto the shared balcony. There are two single beds both with bedside tables and reading lamps, free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers and full length mirror.

Bathroom

The main spacious bathroom is modern and fresh, decorated with marble wall tiles and grey floor tiles. There is a bathtub, separate shower, wash basin with mirror and vanity unit, heated towel rail and toilet.

The second bathroom, an ensuite for the master bedroom, has been finished in a similar fashion and holds a shower, wash basin with mirror and vanity unit, heated towel rail and toilet.
