JOB TITLE

ENGINEERS – ELECTRICAL / HVAC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will review submission drawings
Approve/carry out Electrical Design plans and calculations
You will ensure compliance with the authorities
Ensure electrical building services designs meets the health and safety requirements and technical specification
Competent with Building Codes and Practices
Review drawings and calculations on the following electrical services

DETAILED As an Engineer you will be skilled in directing large electrical engineering projects. You will have strong technical ability to advise and ensure projects are completed to Clients’ time frame and requirements’, and provide all documentation of the project.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services Engineering
Knowledge of site Testing & Commissioning Procedures for plumbing & sanitary installation, Fire Protection System and HVAC & Controls System
Chartered member of HKIE/CIBSE/IET/IMechE/RPE preferred
At least 2 years post chartered experience
Experience of working with QS to produce tender submissions, and preparing all related technical submissions would be advantageous
Proactive, self-thinker
