The finca was built in 2005 and has many typical Mallorquin details. The main house consists of a living-dining room, with nice high ceilings, which leads to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the kitchen. The separate guest house has another living room with kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. There is a big terrace surrounding the house which provides amazing views to the mountains. The swimming pool is in an elevated position and has various palm trees in one side, and on the plot, there are also olive and fruit trees.
The historic town of Sineu, with all its daily services as coffees, restaurants and shops, is located only a few minutes away by car.
