Opis:

Fish farm with 12,000 m2 water surface for sale 45 km from Ruse and 25 km from Razgrad. The fishpond is powered by Beli Lom River. The water from the river flows into the fishpond from one side and flows out from another, therefore the water in the fishpond is fresh. Electricity is connected to mains; the water could be taken from the village or a water-well could be made. There is a country road to the fishpond - and the fishpond it could be also reached in a rainy weather. The fishpond is mostly for sport fishing or breeding carp or larvae. For 2 years the fishpond worked for sport fishing. Currently it is not stocked, but it is possible to bring fish from Svalenik village.
