Living Area

The bright and airy living and dining area has been simply decorated in a modern style with clean white walls and treated grey parquet flooring. There are two large double glazed windows looking out over Avenue Georges Clemenceau.

There is a large comfortable three seater grey sofa, flat screen TV and glass dining table to seat four.

Kitchen

The kitchen forms a part of the open plan living and dining area. There is a full-size fridge freezer, four ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage space.

Bedrooms

Both bedrooms are located off separate sides of the living room and come with air conditioning.

The first and slightly larger of the two bedrooms holds a king size bed with beige headboard and bedside tables with reading lamps either side. There is also a free standing mirrored wardrobe, pale blue armchair and access to its own ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom holds a double bed with dark grey headboard, bedside tables and reading lamps, a pale blue armchair and free standing wardrobe.

Bathroom

There are two bathrooms in this apartment, an ensuite for each bedroom and a separate WC.

The first has been finished with large grey tiles and holds a walk-in shower and vanity unit with wash basin, mirror and heated towel rail.

There is a separate WC in the hallway entering the apartment.

The second bathroom is spacious and finished with large beige stone tiles and comes with a bathtub with shower attachment, vanity unit with mirror and wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
