The '' Villa Vasari'' is an old country side Mansion restored in the late 20th century by the noble aristocrats Festari-Rasponi Spinelli Family. The Villa takes its name from the famous Renaissance Vasari Archive that also contains Michelangelo's draws and letters currently owned by the Festari family. The aristocrats Family had been living in the Villa Vasari until December 2012, when the new owners decided to make some work in the building.
The villa is located in the heart of Tuscany, 30 minutes from Pisa and Volterra, 1 hour driving from Florence-Siena-Lucca, 1 hour also from the most famous beach of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. Very close (only 2 miles) to the suggestive Andrea Bocelli's "Theater of Silence" and just 3 miles from the recently opened Hilton's Resort.
The Villa, with 60.000 square meters of land, is located on a small hill surrounded by secular olive trees.
An alleyway dotted by cypress, brings the visitors from the main road to the entrance of the Villa. The Villa is a 3 floors building and includes a servants apartment ,with a separate entrance.
The ground floor has a kitchen, a very spacious living room (200 square meters) with arches, 2 baths and 2 stairs. The first floor has 8 bed rooms and 6 baths, and 2 stairs going to the attics. The second floor has 2 attics with 2 baths.

Along the alleyway, half way from the entrance gate to the Villa, there is a small private chapel, where they used to celebrate mass for the aristocrats family.

Il '' Villa Vasari '' è un antico palazzo campagna ristrutturata nel tardo 20 ° secolo dai nobili aristocratici Festari-Rasponi Spinelli familiari.

La villa è un edificio di 3 piani e dispone di un appartamento di servi, con un ingresso separato.
Il piano terra ha una cucina, un soggiorno molto spazioso (200 mq) con archi, 2 bagni e 2 scale. Il primo piano dispone di 8 camere da letto e 6 bagni, e 2 scale che vanno alle soffitte. Il secondo piano ha 2 attici con 2 bagni.

Lungo il vicolo, a metà strada tra il cancello d'ingresso alla Villa, c'è una piccola cappella privata, dove hanno usato per celebrare la messa per la famiglia aristocratici.
