The veranda makes the house more spacious as it is divided into an entrance hall, utility room and a storeroom. Directly next the house is a barn which give you the possibility to make it an extra room.

Gas and water are present. No electricity at the moment. Must be reconnected. Drainage is regulated by the septic tank. Telephone can be connected from the stone paved streets. Internet thru USB stick. Heating by gas heating (radiators).

The house is located in an authentic and quiet Hungarian country village. Tourism is nearby at Lake Tisza, and the cities of Tiszafured en Abadszalok are no more than 15-20 minutes away. Lake Tisza is a well-known resort for fishing and boating and Tiszafured for its spa. More north,(about 40-45 minutes,) is the baroque city of Eger. Budapest is only 2 hours away and makes a day excursion to the big city feasible.

Here you can buy a house that is in need of quite some work, but it is worthwhile.
