Opis:

The house is larger than the average Hungarian houses. Enterign it offers the hallway from where you can enter the first room. From the hall you can go to a central area of the house (other hall) and there you will find the entrance other two bedrooms and the bathroom. Bit strange is that for the kitchen must enter from the outside. In the summer, no problem, but if you are going the use the house in winter, you might consider this as a point to improve.

The house can use some renovations, but s certainly worth it.

Electricity, water and gas are present. Drainage is regulated through the septic tank. From the street you can make telephone (and Internet) connections.

The village is nearby Tiszafured, where you'll find everything you can expect from a tourist resort on Lake Tisza and no more than 10-11 kilometres away. Also not far from the spa/thermal bath in Tiszaors. In the village, are some shops, a surgery and a Hungarian cafe of course.

Near the village, (just 5 minutes away) you'll find a swimming pool and a fishing lake.
