House is beautiful and in good condition. Can be upgraded here and there but everything is fine to use as it is.

Beautiful location ! Here you can fine live (permanently or as a holiday) and also some renting out.

The house is situated in a village on a 4 km away from the Tisza and 8 km from Tiszafured. Here you have all tourism resources at your fingertips. Water fun, getting out for diner, to a terrace or to the market, it's all in the immediate vicinity. The city of Eger is also close by (45 minutes) and for tourism, you can also visit Abadszalok (15 km).

In the village there are restaurants, shops, a school and a medical centre. Near spa / thermal baths and you can do some horse riding. The accessibility is easy. Good access, with Budapest (160 km) via the M3 and the airport just 90-100 minutes away.
