The property is in very reasonable condition , but must be redecorated. Advantage is that bathroom is already present , so to modernize will already help.

The house has a covered porch where also the bathroom is built. Then the hall / kitchen and two (bed)rooms. Further the pantry / storage. Right next to the house the summer kitchen.

Electricity, gas and water are present. Drainage is arranged by the septic tank. The heating is controlled by gas convectors. House is along a paved road.

Village is small and not far from the Tisza River. In the village perhaps 200-250 people living, but still has a store and of course a pub. The environment is nice. Very natural and you can quickly be at the Tisza river and the lake itself. Great fishing area.

The region is also known for Lake Tisza. Here many opportunities to relax and swimming, boating and fishing. You live here on a 5 minutes from the lake. Doable per bike. Kiskore is within easy reach. A friendly and quiet resort. Nothing massive , but a nice beach and harbor.

For the more ( touristic) crowds you go to Abadszalok (across the lake) and a little further to Tiszafured. In Tiszafured also a thermal bath. Further to the north you will find the beautiful baroque city of Eger. Reachable from your house in an hour
