In 2009 it was taken out of the water and externally stripped to bare metal then repainted and had new windows fitted.
In 2014 there was also a full interior refit including new kitchen with a 4 ring gas burner installed, as well as an electric oven and microwave. It also has a new fully fitted wet room, double bedroom which can be used for one double bed or two singles or even a walk in dressing room.
The lounge area is L shaped with dining table and a log burning stove and there is also access to the bow and an outside sitting area.
The boat is powered by a Vetus 952CC 27HP Mitsubishi Diesel Engine with 6 leisure batteries, 1 back up battery and 1 starting battery.
There is also a new Procom 61 pure wave combined inverter which costs £1400. The safety certificate was also renewed in February 2014
As you can see from the description the boat has been refurbished to a very high standard and ready to use as a fully functionally home on a daily basis.
Currently the boat is berthed at Great Billing Aquadrome in Northampton. This location is set in 235 acres of beautifully landscaped Northamptonshire countryside within the Nene Valley. Within the berth fees it includes free access to the nearby venue where you can sit back and relax, eat and drink or even take a dip in the indoor pool, splash zone or Jacuzzi. There is also access to fishing lakes and a funfair for the children.
