JOB TITLE

HR & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (HONG KONG)

Experts in delivering first class management and consulting services, our Client is seeking a Human Resources & Administration Manager to join and develop their teams in Hong Kong and Macau.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assisting in full spectrum of HR functions, focusing on recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations;
- Providing professional HR services and advices to line departments and employee;
- Identifying the training needs for all levels of staff and assisting in rolling out the performance management system;
- Assisting in reviewing, formulating and implementing HR & Administration policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Streamlining the HR work processes and monitor other ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Degree holder, with HR or business related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in all-round human resources management and at least 3 years in managerial roles.
- Experience working within engineering or construction industry preferred.
- Well-versed with Employment Ordinances, MPF and related regulations.
- Conversant with HK Labour Law and regulations is a must and Macau Labour Law and regulations an advantage.
- Independent, flexible, highly organized and good interpersonal skills with positive thinking.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
