Section 106 Agreement
There are two Section 106 Agreements associated with the site, the first of which dated 15th April 2016 containing the standard contributions associated with the number of open market units (in this case 9) with the contributions being directly associated with the bedroom numbers for each unit. The second 106 Agreement, which refers to the subsequent Planning Consent is dated November 2016 and refers to the provision of 3 affordable units.
